Jell-O Changes Packaging for the First Time in a Decade

Jell-O Changes Packaging for the First Time in a Decade

Jell-O will be getting a refresh to its packaging as the company focuses on a new look.

According to CNN, “Customers will soon see a bigger logo displayed on more colorful packaging and a stronger emphasis on its “zero sugar” appeal for some of its treats.”

Jell-O had three words to describe the new look, “loud, proud and simple,” yet is still recognizable to customers. Neil Sanders, retail analyst and managing director at GlobalData Retail told CNN, “The design will be more appealing to younger consumers as it feels more contemporary and modern.”

Jell-O is also now referring to its sugar free products as “zero sugar” and focusing more on the product in hopes it will bring in more customers who are concerned about their sugar intake.

Although Jell-O is an extremely well-known product, the brand reportedly hit its prime decades ago. Hopefully the new packaging will revive the once loved products.
