A concert film of Taylor Swift’s “The Era’s Tour” will hit theaters in October, the same day as the next installment of the “Exorcist” comes out.
Swift’s film paired with the “Exorcist” is expected to be the next big double-feature some have dubbed as “Exorswift.”
Earlier this summer, the release of Barbie and Oppenheimer on the same day pulled in massive box office sales. People are now wondering if “Exorswift” will be able to do the same.
Swift announced the film this week on X, writing, “The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon.”
According to CNBC, the film will play at the nation’s largest movie theater chains like AMC, Regal and Cinemark until Nov. 5.
Swift’s tour has been widely popular and pulled in millions of dollars and was even on its way to hit a record amount earlier this summer.
