Coca-Cola has released many limited-edition flavors over the past couple of years, often with a mystery flavor. The latest release might be the most exciting one yet.
The new drink flavor, called Coca-Cola Y3000, is supposed to taste like the future and was reportedly created by artificial intelligence.
According to CNN, Coca-Cola has been using its Creations platform, which is responsible for creating the limited edition flavors, to keep younger customers interested in the product.
Y3000 will be available in regular and zero sugar versions and is the “first limited-edition flavor to taste like the future,” Coca-Cola explained on its website. Additionally, the company said the flavor was created to “show us an optimistic vision of what’s to come, where humanity and technology are more connected than ever” in reference to the role artificial intelligence played in creating the product.
Y3000 is out now for a limited time in the United States and Canada.
