Chick-fil-a customers will notice an update to the company’s loyalty program starting at the beginning of next month. They will now have to spend more to get rewards.
“Chick-fil-A One is a tiered membership program that allows customers to earn points with every qualifying purchase when using the company’s app. As customers collect points, they can redeem them for available rewards,” according to Fox Business.
“Some of the point values required to redeem certain rewards will increase,” the company announced to its Chick-fil-A One customers. However, additional menu items and meal rewards will be added to the rewards program for all members. The chain also emphasized the ability to earn bonus points through special promotions and challenges as part of the loyalty program updates.
Fox Business reported that Chick-fil-A intentionally let customers know about the upcoming changes to the loyalty program so they have time to redeem their points at the current value.
The changes to the rewards program will take effect on April 4.
