After Amazon’s record-breaking success with its Prime Day event earlier this summer, the company is planning another sale.
The event is coming this October and is called “Prime Big Deal Days” and will benefit Amazon Prime members all over the world.
Amazon’s sales are one way the company is trying to bring in more Prime members after raising the subscription price in 2022. For monthly members, their cost went from $12.99 to $14.99 and for members paying the annual fee, their price rose from $119 to $139.
The exact dates of the sale have not been revealed yet, but based on information Amazon gave FOX Business, “the event will follow the same format as last year’s Prime Early Access Sale, a deal event that kicked off Oct. 11-12 to give Prime members exclusive deals ahead of the holidays.”
Amazon’s October sale is following the biggest Prime Day sale in history that happened earlier this summer. The hype around Prime day has reportedly helped boost overall online sales for the company.
