High Noon Introduces New Tequila Seltzer

High Noon Introduces New Tequila Seltzer

Tequila lovers just got great news. High Noon canned cocktails are expanding beyond vodka, introducing a new seltzer for spring and summer.

This is the first variation from vodka in High Noon’s four years of existence. The tequila seltzers hit shelves on Wednesday and come in lime, grapefruit, passionfruit and strawberry flavors. The drinks are sold in a pack of eight and retail for $21.99.

According to CNN and the general manager of spirits at High Noon’s parent company E. & J. Gallo, Britt West, interest in malt-based seltzers is fading. Consumers are gravitating towards “flavorful and spirit-based canned cocktails” and that is why High Noon is the top-selling alcoholic drink right now.

“Tequila continues to gain momentum and is one of the fastest growing spirits in the market. We saw an opportunity to expand our offering and bring tequila fans a hard seltzer we know they’ll love,” West said in a statement.

The High Noon Tequila Seltzers are made with real blanco tequila, real fruit juice and contain no added sugar. Each drink has 100 calories.
